1. Definitions

2. Booking

2.1 Ensure ample time is allocated for the journey to reach your destination promptly, especially for airport transfers with specific check-in times. 2.2 Order a car suitable for passengers and luggage. Child passengers are considered individual travelers, regardless of age.

3. Prices & Payment

3.1 Our quotes, exclusive of VAT unless specified, are based on information provided by you. We may modify the quote for substantial itinerary changes.

3.2 A 45-minute waiting period after the landing time and airport parking costs are included. Additional waiting time incurs a standard waiting rate.

3.3 Confirm booking details upon receipt. Bishops Stortford Airport Minicab Express Express is not responsible for delays or costs resulting from unreported discrepancies.

3.4 Payment can be made in cash, credit card, or debit card.

4. The Service

4.1 You are responsible for passengers' behavior. Charges may apply for soiling, damage, or negative impact on the vehicle.

4.2 Eating, drinking, or smoking is prohibited in the car.

4.3 Ensure appropriate restraints for children based on height, weight, and age.

4.4 Passenger limits adhere to licensing and insurance regulations.

5. Cancellations

5.1 Notify us promptly for cancellations. Charges apply for cancellations after dispatch, based on distance covered.

5.2 Online booking cancellations may incur charges before dispatch.

6. Liability

6.1 We strive for timely arrivals but are not liable for losses due to uncontrollable delays.

6.2 Luggage is carried at your risk.

6.3 In case of a breakdown, we aim to provide an alternative vehicle promptly.

6.4 You will not hold Bishops Stortford Airport Minicab Express Express liable for expenses arising from omissions or acts of anyone in your party.

7. Termination

8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Bishops Stortford Airport Minicab Express Express and you.

8.5 No third party may enforce rights under this agreement unless agreed upon in writing.

9. Disputes

Any dispute or claim must be made within 30 days of the booking pickup date; Bishops Stortford Airport Minicab Express Express is not obligated to address claims made after this period.
